Apple Cider Vinegar is also an awesome bladder/kidney/urinary tract infection cure. A few teaspoons in a glass of cranberry juice before bed, and at breakfast, and it’s gone within three days.

I do this also. And we put a bit of ACV in our chickens’ water to help keep their systems working well :)

Wow, there are lots of uses for apple cider vinegar, some of which I didn’t know about. I use apple cider vinegar as an astringent about twice a week to help with my breakouts.

I used to drink it 3x a day, mixed with water. It was supposed to aid in weight loss. It did work, though I’m not sure if it was really the determining factor. I should try again.

I’ve heard so many good things about Apple Cider vinegar. I’ve used it as an astringent on my face. Someone I know drinks it when they feel a cold coming on.

No, just soak your hands or feet in the vinegar for 20 minutes or so a few times a week until you start to see a difference. Someone I know did this and it worked for them!

I have heard all the greats about ACV. However I was also told when taking it you need to dilute with water as it can burn or scar your vocal chords. I am not sure however I wanted to add that. I have seen things work with me when using it. Thanks again

They say it helps settle bad tummies and a friend uses it to help with Lymes

Wonderful suggestions and actually used it on my dog when he did have fleas. It also will clarify your hair after many uses of hair spray and other gels. Thanks for linking up to the Bloggers Brags Pinterest Party. I’ve pinned your post to the Bloggers Brags Pinterest Board
