Update:  This Giveaway is now closed!  Thanks to all who entered.  The winners names will be announced in a separate post.

Are you all ready for another FUN Giveaway???

I know that laundry is one of those household chores that you either LOVE or HATE!  Paying for high priced laundry detergent is not one of my favorite things to do either, but I have been a fan of Purex products since I’ve been married (14 years!) because their products cost about half the price of other brands and it does just as good a job (if not better) than those other brands ;) !!

The awesome folks over at Purex sent me (3) Free Product coupons for the New Purex Triple Action Liquid Laundry Detergent and since I’ve already tried it (and LOVED it) I thought I’d be nice and give all 3 of these coupons away!

There will be (3) Winners chosen! Use the Rafflecopter Box below to enter this Giveaway.  If you have any question on how to enter or how to use Rafflecopter,  please shoot me a message through the Contact Form section at the top of the blog.

**If you don’t see the HUGE Rafflecopter Box directly below here, then please click the “click to continue…” link below to enter the giveaway.  THANKS!

Do your laundry after 7 in the evening, never run the washer and dryer together. You will save money on your electricity bill

I put a knee high nylon sock on the end of my washer hose going into the laundry tub, and use a rubber band or twist tie to keep it on. It catches alot of the lint that would go down the drain and clog it up.

I try to stay organized by having my son’s clothes downstairs separate from my clothes and my daughter’s clothes, also separated. My sons’ clothes are all work clothes and need to be washed in warm water with extra detergent but my daughters clothes can go in cold, and mine i like to line dry most of them so by keeping them separate it is easier when i want to go do some wash.

Dryer sheets can actually be used a room air fresheners! Place them by the vents in the house!

Baking soda works good when in need of a stain remover.

if you use bleach for your whites, wait til’ the end of the wash because if you use laundry detergent with bleach, than the soap will not do its job.

Last summer I started using the Duggar’s recipe for fabric softner. I haven’t bought fabric softner sheets since!!! All you do is take one bottle of good softner, I usually use Downy, and pour it in a bucket. Then fill up that same Downy bottle twice and pour that water into the bucket. Stir it up a bit, and then divide it out into separate containers w/ lids (I use old ice cream buckets). Then, get a few packs of regular, plain sponges. Cut them in half, and throw them in the buckets. Then when you put ur clothes into the dryer, ring out a sponge and toss it in w/ the laundry. After ur clothes are dry, they’ll smell AWESOME!!!!!!!!! My mom, sister-in-law and I have all been doing this and haven’t had a single problem, only awesome smelling clothes. Plus, it’s TONS cheaper, that stuff is expensive!!!

Thanks for the great site and giveaway!

Oh, I forgot to add, be sure to reuse your sponges!!! Those babies last a good long while! Just throw them back in the bucket and they’ll be ready for next time. :)

I do wash every day or so — nothing worse than running out of clean clothes. Plus if you do it everyday — it doesn’t seem like such a chore to do.
